Sea-Band Return & Refund Policy
Our Commitment to You
At Sea-Band, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality and effectiveness of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help make it right.
Returns
We accept returns for eligible products within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:

The item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.

Proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt) is required.
Please note:
For hygiene and safety reasons, used Sea-Band wristbands, opened packaging, or consumable products (such as Sea-Band Ginger Gum) cannot be returned unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer care team within 7 days of delivery at hq@sea-band.com.
Include your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email notification confirming approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact hq@sea-band.com before returning your item to receive a return authorization.
Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was shipped.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
